Application fee: There is a $40 application/background check fee for each adult applicant.
To qualify for residency: Applicants need to have monthly income of at least three times the monthly rent and credit scores above 650.
Qualifying income: Minimum verifiable income of three times the rent is required.
Applicants need to have verifiable monthly income, good credit, and good rental history. If applicant is self-employed: two years tax returns and a current year-to-date profit and loss statement.
If applicants are not related, they each must independently meet the minimum qualifications.
Credit problems: If you have had a recent short sale, foreclosure, or other problems related to the current economic troubles facing all of us, you may still qualify. Call Joanne for a confidential talk about your situation.
Please note: We do not rent to people who have been evicted or who have been asked to move, or have had an unlawful-detainer filed against them.
Pets: We welcome one cat or dog per apartment, preferably small, under 30 pounds. Call the office if you need more information about our pet policy and to arrange to bring your pet in on a leash to show us its temperament, etc. If we accept your pet, you must provide us your pet's current rabies vaccination throughout your residency.
