To qualify for residency: Applicants need to have monthly income of at least three times the monthly rent and credit scores above 650.
The minimum verifiable income needed to qualify to rent apt. #6 is $5,175. per month.
Application fee: There is a $30 application/background check fee for each adult applicant.
Applicants need to have verifiable income, good credit, and good rental history needed. However, if you have had a recent short sale, foreclosure, or other problems related to the current economic troubles facing all of us, you may still qualify. Please note: We do not rent to people who have been evicted or who have had an unlawful detainer filed against them.
We do not accept subsidized housing programs, such as Section 8.
We welcome one pet per apartment, preferably small. Call the office if you need more information on our pet policy. If we accept your pet, you must provide us your pet's current rabies vaccination throughout your residency.
